'Guruksha' - Inclusive & Equitable
Education for Rural India

The System Design Project focuses on developing a deeper level of understanding of a current wicked problem(Primary Education in Rural India), interconnected elements followed by an optimum solution at the end that can resolve the current interdependent problem.
Duration: 6 weeks (System Design)

Objective
To understand how the ecosystem works in Rural parts of India. Understanding different interconnected stakeholders & analyzing the condition involved in the system. To have a deeper level of empathy towards the problem faced by diff stakeholders. Trying to figure out the root cause at different levels.

We as a group decided to incorporate Oslo's Manifesto as a design standard framework which helped us to move forward with the 17 questions that challenge us to think beyond to give sustainable solutions.

My Learning 
  • Wicked problems are big problems, design solutions and getting feedback takes a long time.
  • Systems made me think in a different way for education in Rural India, but the reality was different.
  • Learning the psychology behind the system holders and the mindset of people in a broad perspective paved a new way to learn much more new things for me.
  • Got an opportunity to interview sex workers, LGBTQ Community people & their perspective towards education that transformed me into a different person in 6 weeks. Hmm... excited to know!! let's discuss...
